How are your products made?
Our orders are produced-on-demand by our manufacturer. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are produced and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@Amochiland.com.
Returns
Prior to making a purchase it is important that you read through this page. Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Because all our orders are produced on demand, as a result Amochiland unfortunately, cannot accept returns for Amochiland goods.
Each one is essentially a custom order, so ordering the correct size is crucial, Amochiland can’t offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, for this reason we’ve included size guides with each apparel item. But if you did get the wrong size and you think it is an error on our part, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can try to figure something out!. If a product ever arrives damaged or with an error, don’t hesitate to reach out as a replacement can be sent. We do require an image of the damaged product, which we then submit to our manufacturer.
Canceled Orders
If you decide you need to cancel an order and its within our ability (the items has not yet been custom produced) We’re happy to issue a refund, however we may not refund the fees charged to us by Paypal or other credit card processors. Thanks for understanding!
Validity of sales contract, goods and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@Amochiland.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done to help.
